Please, stop being emotional.

This has absolutely nothing to do with vote buying.

So, the same Emefiele who had 100 million naira to purchase APC form is now a saint to you?

Continue deceiving yourselves. By next week when all banks close down, and networks fail across all banks, and you start starving, you will understand.

Nope all the bank network can’t fail
Forget Emefiele’s personal ambition now
That’s past
Forget the messenger and focus on the message
Mopping excess cash helps to solve local inflation
Curbs vote buying
Believe me, greedy politicians had before now accumulated enough stockpiles of cash for this purpose
Why don’t we just exercise patience and watch
Afterall the government is ending soon

No matter how stupid a person is he must have supporters in Nigeria

Just like Buhari, for years we knew he was a stupid man but his supporters pressed on calling anyone who criticised him wailers.

Now the idiots who supported Buhari are now wailing, they can no longer hide it.

Why are the other major contenders not lamenting like Tinubu

Because they ignorantly feel that this policy will weaken Tinubu and give them a better advantage. Unfortunately, they and Tinubu are all selfish opportunist who don't care about the welfare of Nigerians

I was surprised when he changed to cashless policy and wonder how we would go completely cashless without prior notice and when we have 100s of thousands of unresolved dispense errors cases in banks.

I don't know what is wrong with Buhari. Is he waiting till everything turns to violence like endsars?

Infact I experienced a dispense error at A Mall this morning when I tried to pay through their POS and up till now the money Is yet to be reversed.

I Just Jejely accept my faith because the money wasn't that much. I had to go withdraw cash through a POS Outlet and paid for my goods.

The attendant Girl was even saying I should try again once more perharps It will go through this time around. I was like try wetin? Abeg gimme my Card. I no do again.

How does Mopping excess cash helps to solve local inflation? Can you pls explain?

Is it the job of emefiele to curb vote buying?

If "greedy politicians had before now accumulated enough stockpiles of cash for this purpose", why should ordinary nigerians suffer for that?

Why should nigerians "exercise patience and watch" in the midst of suffering and restrictions to their bank funds?

If "the government is ending soon", does that justify the suffering at the present moment?

When is this govt ending?

Their servers were not made to withstand the traffic they're experiencing now
That's the fact. Most of the banks in Nigeria today don't have the adequate network infrastructure to handle this traffic. The idea of cashlessness is good but the implementation by CBN is horrible. Las las it is the masses that will still suffer

It's called collateral damage

It pays the opposition that the country go down just right before election, it ensures they will get more protest votes, it's like the main party scoring own goal

This is where Bubari confirmed himself as a compound fool, if he's contesting for second term I'm sure he can't try this at eve of the election

Aptly!! You understand the game plan. This policy would only affects Tinubu, reasons why he voiced out when he saw the handwriting on the wall.

This policy would likely cost APC about 10% of their traditional votes base especially in the SW.

This policy would leads to protest votes against Tinubu which is what the so-called Cabal are planning for... Or isn't it suspicious that most mainstream media are only on TINUBU matters and leave Atiku.

Atiku would win with all these crises that's rocking the nation and if there are to be a rerun, PO and Kwankwoso would LIKELY support ATIKU

Have seen this entire thing about currency replacement and trust me it is going to be brutal.

Common people will face maximum difficulty.

When Modi of India launched the exact same thing what we are witnessing in Nigeria in the name of demonitisation. Economy of India shrank and many people lost jobs.
For almost 3months people of India queued up infront of ATMs and banks for new currency.
But ends justify the means as majority of India transferred to cashless system .the country has got more revenue and eliminated majorly the source of black money or illegal money in their country language

What iam suprised is why buhari allowed in middle of election cycle unless he wants defeat of tinubu.
Modi of India done this currency change midway through his 5 year term and his popularity plunged from 70plus to 45 percent acceptance .
Many has predicted modi will loose elections ,but the 2 and half years softened the people anger , which along with his military strikes against Pakistan saved the day for him.

I think Buhari wants Atiku to win else no one would put his party in this much danger.

This post I posted on Jan 24

If Buhari was on the ballot he wouldn't have agreed to this policy at this time

Aside those politicians playing politics with the hardship, no right thinking responsible adult who work and feed himself will support this useless policy.
