Nothing in all you highlighted here beats the inability to get access to one's money to feed. An hungry man is an angry man..Food is life.

There are millions of parents, who give their families, especially children, money for transportation and food DAILY...to get them to school or to the place they are learning trade...this unavailability of cash has crumble their daily routine...some have stop going to school, they don't even have cash to feed.
