I contacted the school about this development and I was told registration is over that I have to deffer admission.
I would like to know how I can pend the visa application or get refund for September intake or how best to handle this situation

I read your story, I don't know why I feel I should encourage you to continue to follow up. Pls don't give up, errors happen even in the ukvi! And the good thing about it is that they're not arrogant, if they make errors, they correct them when prompted. So don't give up yet...make sure you keep writing mails until at least you get a response.

So in the meantime, I will advise you defer your admission till next intake which I'm sure the school will be willing to do. The only challenge is that some of them may ask you for another POF later.

Meanwhile the only thing that came to my mind is the POF that you submitted earlier, I hope you didn't make errors, cos a lot of people borrow money and print a statement that reflects that the money was borrowed.

The best thing will always be to make sure that a day or two is left out after your money land whenever you're counting your 28days. And make sure there is no error in the bank statement.

But like I said, don't give up just yet, write home office and all. Pick appropriate email addresses from .gov.uk, somebody must answer you. Just pray and reduce worries, it's hard to say don't worry!

Hello gurus in the house, I applied for UK visa last September, the requested for my TB cert, which I sent. This caused a delay, I did a lot of paid mails, not positive response till the school's deadline elapsed. I then got a mail of refusal from ukvi, reason that my school withdrew my CAS. My question is, if I want to apply this year, should I include a letter, explaining the reasons for the previous refusal and my disappointments? Or that won't be necessary? Pls I need help on this. Sorry to hear about your circumstance. Just address the reason for refusal with a cover note or the space given in the application to state your own side of the story and avoid getting emotional in your tonation so as not to digress from your aim which is to make the NEW ECO handling your application understand the reason and focus on the current application in front of him.I always advise people to focus on what is ahead and try not to waste any energy making people feel their pain because some of this pain was inflicted deliberately or otherwise. Stay focused..... and use the lessons learned to get it right this time.
