Please my result statement is showing 29 credits our of 31 and that I have 2 outstanding credits. Does it mean I have to register at least a 2 credit elective course?

Also is this why I did not make the convocation list?

I got my matric number on Monday and I have been able to log in to the student portal but my email is reading "Couldn't find your email address".

And I don't think it is advisable to fund my wallet for school fees and course registrations payment when my email is yet to be activated.

If it's because of the receipt, just note the RRR number before you pay for it. Screenshot or write it down. After payment, use the "resend receipt" to alternate number on Remita to resend the receipt to any mail you want and get the receipt there. Time is going and even some students that have completed one semester still don't have student email.

Important Dates from the 2022-2023 Academic Calendar:

✅ Payment of school fee and registration of courses/examination for the 2022/2023 academic session closes on March 3rd, 2023

✅ TMA (Tutor Marked Assignment) begins on March 4th and closes on March 24th

✅ 2023 Convocation ceremony will take place on March 25th

✅ POP (Pen on Paper) Exam will run from April 25th to May 19th

✅ E-Examination will be held from May 23rd to June 16th

✅ 2023_1 Result will be released on July 26, 2023

Is the pdf version word for word same as the hard copy?

Just want to know if I am on track.

ANY 300L INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STUDENT HERE (2ND SEMESTER TO BE PRECISE) WHO HAS PAID HIS/HER SCHOOL FEES THIS SEMESTER?

Pls help me check if it's CIT342 or CIT308 that is showing in your portal as part of your registrable courses this semester?

I heard they replaced CIT342 as an old course with CIT308 last semester for computer science students but I don't know if that's the case too for students studying information technology.

I registered it last semester but left the exam because it's a hard course and not easy to assimilate

😰 So I'm thinking of swapping CIT342 Formal Languages and Automata theory out with CIT308 Formal Methods and
Software Development

Go to gmail.com (preferably incognito) on you browser (PC or mobile). Enter your student email. Eg. NOU123456789@noun.edu.ng where nou123456789 is your matriculation number. Default password is your matriculation number in uppercase eg. NOU123456789.
If you get a complaint that the above does not exist, kindly, visit the ICT Staff at your study centre especially after waiting for like a week after registration.

Yes 308 is now the new course code, even if you register the old course code what u will see in the timetable for exam will be cit308.
