Stop deflating..

Where did you get the idea you put up earlier...

Where did you get the idea of not being able to be redeemed by the law..

Read what God says right there in the Law of Moses. He said He would curse and and scatter His Israel to all the ends of the earth, in similar fashion as He did Adam and Eve. What God did not say is that by obeying the same God that the people could eventually rid themselves of the curse which He placed on them and be able to return to Him. So, if they currently assume that they can remove that curse by simply going back to obeying the Law or Moses then they don't know the God who they claim to serve. ( there is no provision made in the Law of Moses as far as removal or curses placed on one by God). undecided

Lol.. Maxindhouse...learn to ask questions so you can get a proper understanding.

I said it is about God's laws that he gave to mankind. ...

The Jews wrote it down and called it the Torah

The Igbos as well as some other tribes in Africa passed it on from father to so to grandson orally.
It is the basis of the Igbo omenani/odinani.

But the jesus of the Christian has got nothing to do with the creator of heaven and earth. He was created by the Roman church as a weapon of control..and you foolishly fell for the scam.

All the answers you seek are all there..
1. Point to the exact part of Deuteronomy 28 which tells you that by following God's Law you can lift God's judgment and curse off one. Be specific abeg! undecided
38 “Your fields will produce plenty of grain. But your harvest will be small, because the locusts will eat your harvest.
39 You will plant vineyards and work hard in them. But you will not gather the grapes or drink the wine from them, because the worms will eat them.
40 You will have olive trees everywhere on your land. But you will not have any of the oil to use, because the olives will drop to the ground and rot.
41 You will have sons and daughters. But you will not be able to keep them, because they will be captured and taken away.
42 Locusts will destroy all your trees and the crops in your fields.
43 The foreigners living among you will get more and more power, and you will lose the power you had.
44 The foreigners will have money to loan you, but you will not have any money to loan them. They will control you the way the head controls the body. You will be like the tail.
45 “All these curses will come on you. They will keep chasing you and catching you, until you are destroyed because you did not listen to what the Lord your God told you. You did not obey the commands and laws that he gave you.
46 These curses will show people that God judged you and your descendants forever. People will be amazed at the terrible things that happen to you.
47 “The Lord your God gave you many blessings. But you did not serve him with joy and a glad heart.
48 So you will serve the enemies the Lord will send against you. You will be hungry, thirsty, naked, and poor. He will put a load on you that cannot be removed. You will carry that load until he destroys you. - Deuteronomy 28 vs 38 - 48
You do realize that you cast God a liar by pretending that His judgment against His Israel - Deuteronomy 30 vs 1 - 6 - can be reversed by merely following the Law when God Himself never said it was possible that way. undecided

Anyways, run along and go ask your scholars the questions I have asked. Or better yet, invite them to come to Nairaland so I can ask them directly. undecided

■ Kingly line through Solomon Forever 1 Chron 22:9-10 " 1 Chron 28:4-7 "
■ Kingly line only through the sons Forever, 2Ch 13:5 , Jer 23:5 , Jer 33:15 , Psa 89:35-38 Jer 22:28 , Jer 36:30
Messiah must be a direct descendant from David and Solomon through his human biological father. J-s didn't qualify, he had a virgin birth. Even if he didn't have a virgin birth, the genealogy in Matthew 1 goes through Jeconiah, whose line was disqualified from kingship as part of Elohim's curse (Jeremiah 22:30,36:30) and in Luke 3 the genealogy doesn't go through Solomon as required but his brother Nathan (II Samuel 7:12-14, I Chronicles 17:11-14, 22:9-10, 28:4-6). J-s is most definitely not the Jewish Messiah.
God never in fact said that the Messiah would only come via Solomon.
8 “You must say this to my servant David: ‘This is what the Lord All-Powerful says: I chose you while you were out in the pasture following the sheep. I took you from that job and made you the leader of my people, the Israelites.
9 I have been with you every place you went. I have defeated your enemies for you. I will make you one of the most famous people on earth. 10-11 And I chose a place for my people, the Israelites. I planted the Israelites. I gave them their own place to live so that they will not have to move from place to place anymore. In the past, I sent judges to lead my people, but evil people gave them many troubles. That will not happen now. I am giving you peace from all of your enemies. I promise that I will make your family a family of kings.
12 “‘When your life is finished, you will die and be buried with your ancestors. But then I will make one of your own children become the king.
13 He will build a house for my name, and I will make his kingdom strong forever.
14 I will be his father, and he will be my son. When he sins, I will use other people to punish him. They will be my whips.
15 But I will never stop loving him. I will continue to be loyal to him. I took away my love and kindness from Saul. I pushed Saul away when I turned to you.
16 Your family of kings will continue—you can depend on that! For you, your kingdom will continue forever! Your throne will stand forever!’” - 2 Samuel 7 vs 8 - 16
Solomon, the next on the throne of David, however, did not keep the agreement that God made with David, and as a result, God punished him by using other people as He, God, said He would. God visited the descendants of Solomon with the consequences for his breaking the agreement God made with Him.
1. King Solomon loved many foreign women, including the daughter of Pharaoh and women from Moab, Ammon, Edom, Sidon, and the Hittites.
2. In the past the Lord had said to the Israelites, “You must not marry people from other nations. If you do, they will cause you to follow their gods.” But Solomon fell in love with these women.
3. He had 700 wives who were the daughters of leaders from other nations. He also had 300 slave women who were like wives to him. His wives caused him to turn away from God.
4. When Solomon was old, his wives caused him to follow other gods, so he did not follow the Lord completely as his father David did.
5. Solomon worshiped Ashtoreth, the goddess of Sidon, and Milcom, the horrible god of the Ammonites.
6. So Solomon did what the Lord said was wrong. He did not follow the Lord completely as his father David did.
7. On the mountain next to Jerusalem, Solomon built a place for worshiping Chemosh, that horrible idol of the Moabites. On the same mountain, Solomon built a place for worshiping Molech, that horrible idol of the Ammonites.
8. Solomon did the same thing for all of his other foreign wives who burned incense and gave sacrifices to their gods.
9. So Solomon did not remain faithful to the Lord, the God of Israel, even though God had appeared to him twice. The Lord became angry with him.
10. He had told Solomon that he must not follow other gods, but Solomon did not obey the Lord’s command.
11. So the Lord said to Solomon, “You have chosen to break your agreement with me. You have not obeyed my commands. So I promise that I will tear your kingdom away from you and give it to one of your servants.
12. But I loved your father David, so I will not take your kingdom away from you while you are alive. I will wait until your son becomes king. Then I will take it from him.
13. Still, I will not tear away all the kingdom from your son. I will leave him one tribe to rule. I will do this for my servant David and for Jerusalem, the city I chose.” - 1 King 11 vs 1-13
After Solomon's death, the throne of David became diminished. His descendants continued to serve as kings but not over the same throne that was occupied by David — all the tribes of Israel — but over the tribe Benjamin which was left. undecided
5 This message is from the Lord: “The time is coming, when I will raise up a good ‘branch’ from David’s family. He will be a king who will rule in a wise way. He will do what is fair and right in the land.
6 When he rules, Judah will be saved, and Israel will live in safety. This will be his name: The Lord Makes Things Right for Us. - Jeremiah 23 vs 5 - 6

You did not ask any question..

I asked you to read the whole of Deuteronomy 28, you started from verse 38, why?

How are you going to understand anything with that attitude?

God gave them laws to keep to set them apart from other nations. He said if they keep it he would bless and prosper them and if they fail he would punish them...

And when they do fail, which they did..all they had to do was confess and forsake their sins, if they are humble enough...he would forgive their sins and heal their land....2nd chronicles 7:14...
He promised to send them a Messiah (anointed king) that would save them from their enemies and restore peace. They longed for such a person. The Romans /Greeks capitalised on the idea and created the jesus character. When the Jews asked why there is still no peace, the Christian answered that Jesus will come again to fulfill the promises. Just how dumb is that....and there is just no where God said the Messiah will come twice or that he would be divine....so you see where the problem is coming from? If you don't want to accept the fact that Jesus is not the jesus Messiah , that's fine..but don't try to super impose him onto the Tanakh. He is not there at all...

There Was never any time God said he would send his son (sic) as a sin sacrifice?

The question you ought to ask instead is whether Mary was herself a descendant of David this since, as shown, God never decreed that the Messiah could only come from Male members of the line. undecided

Jesus Christ didn't have an earthly father means the one who was descended from David in the picture had to be Mary. undecided
