It's simple,if u are already captured else where or have existing PVC,all u need to do is to transfer polling unit to your present resident. But if you present your self as fresh registrant, while u are already existing,it amounts to double registration.

People from this country and outside come in trucks, lorries and trailers and stop at the by-pass and other entry points, get registered and collect PVCs and no one complains. The young ones insist that they must wash your windscreen and get money. We don't complain or ask them to return to their places.

If people do double registrations they cannot get PVCs. There's a procedure for everything like he said, they should have transferred it from the east where they came from.

INEC isn't under Tinubu or do you expect the Lagos REC to be an Igbo or Hausa man? The INEC RECs in each state are indigenes of the state or the geopolitical zone. Same way the REC of Igbo states are all Igbos.
