It is the phone and not the network... I ENJOY Airtel. The company must have disabled it so you buy a new one (mine happened soon after I did a survey). |

Sometimes people may not fully understand the terms for the data they buy. Take this scenario for example; You may get 10gb data: -7.5gb for normal use during the day -2.5gb for night browsing. When you've exhausted the normal data and you check your balance, you'll still see the remaining balance of 2.5gb. This happens alot and it's confusing because the network provider sometimes may not explicitly state it for people to really understand what they're buying. I'm not saying that's exactly the problem in your experience, but it could be related. 12 Likes |

Check your access points names. It should be airtel. NG. Airtel. Com or wap. NG. Airtel. Com. Hope your network mode is in 4G/3G. That should help |
