Pat Utomi shamefully descended into toxic tribal bigotry by instigating ibos against Lagos INEC.Which has brought a shame to his personality. Those set of ibos migrated to vote in Lagos without asking their PVCs be transferred but rather did double registration. Pat Utomi, rather than inquire for facts, threw decency to the wind and tried to blackmail INEC for cheap tribal sympathy.
