fergie001: Nnamani's expulsion is harsh but I know it won't affect his election but it will be an easy ground or alibi for him to defect once he wins |

Bleeel002: He is campaigning on the streets. He did the same thing in Abuja. He wouldn't mind to cause traffic hold up in already congested streets because he is selfish. Anyone who would use public funds to prop up his family business is selfish and also crook. |

garfield1:It isn't harsh. It was even late coming.... Hillard Eta, Elisha Abbo were expelled for doing less. He was subjected to a disciplinary panel and refused to appear, same as Fayose's loyalists. 2 persons who attended were reinstated. He has lost the seat, those contesting with him will be fighting for second, he wouldn't be taken off the ballot, but will only be a Senator for 7-8 months. |

fergie001: He hasn't lost.I dont think expulsion is a ground for nullifying elections.except pdp litigates now,it is a pre election issue.it will allow him to decamp easily.anyway, the apex court ruling in abbo vs apc will give us a clue |

garfield1:PDP has no intention of replacing him but forfeiting the seat. Again, this is not a pre-election matter but a Constitutional matter. Section 134 of the EA 2022: (1) An election may be questioned on any of the following grounds: (a) a person whose election is questioned was, at the time of the election, not qualified to contest the election; Section 65(2) of the 1999 CFRN: A person shall be qualified for election for Senate or House of Reps if: (b) he is a member of a political party and is sponsored by that party. The only caveat now is if the PDP communicates to INEC his expulsion. If they don't, Nnamani's lawyers could hold on to it but I know they will if he shows no remorse days to the election. In Abbo v APC: the sole question for determination is if the membership of a political party is justiciable. If it is, then there is merits but if it isn't, it is a dead case. |

The real question is what has your government done to quelling traffic which is an everyday occurence in Lagos. Have you at any point in time ever come on air to show your concern on lagos traffic. you only show concern cause Obi is the opposition not that you actually care about the lives on Nigerias who go throug traffic and deplorable road conditions. |

Are you joking, same lagos i experience traffic from Monday to Friday, the lagos state government closed down eko bridge. A major route in lagos, for over four months and, lagosians are suffering. And you support thugs to attack peaceful campaigners. It's so sad. Being a black. Bcuz we behave like animals if not coordinated by the whites. Tinubu campaigned along falomo ikoyi, which, the vehicle i was in, was held on, for over an hour, because tinubu was passing by. 1 Like |

I really pity some uninformed children always coming here to insult themselves because of tribe. Look at massive love and defence from the Yorubas, they called the man's bluff one time. This is being a Nigerian, we won't allow some old rogues that call themselves politicians to come and cause division between us. 1 Like |
