Hi great builders in the house, pls i need someone who can give me cost estimate of building this design, its on a 50 by 40 plot of land. Total building area is 82.384sqm . Dry land , finish with good taste.

AsomArchitectNG: This is un ethical, are you a Quantity surveyor? Why re you recommending 6" blocks for a multilevel building? not to mention even giving an option of 6" solid , Don't you know solid blocks isn't ideal as it encourages thermal conduction? 30 tons only? how many trips.
