Nigerian relationship coach and counsellor, Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo, has decried the high rate of nudity at weddings lately, IGBERETV reports.

He wrote on his Twitter page on Saturday,

"Is it just me or is the level of unclothedness at weddings these days way too much? I'm not talking about guests but the bride and train or should I call them trailer. unclothedness is not classy."

He added that while men were fully dressed, women barely had anything on.

"I notice the men wear suits, even three piece but the women wear handkerchiefs, as in the slits have minor dresses on them.

"If the future mothers are this immodest, then I'm afraid for the future daughters," Okonkwo said.

The cleric added,

"Being a wife and being a woman used to come with so much grace and class. Weddings used to be the best place to see beautiful eligible brides to be."

You are right ....The west invented it and the Africans lost their track, followed and messed up their culture completely

That's what copying of western culture as put us to. The brides maid also see it as an avenue to see suitors which is the reason behind their own unclothedness

The truth is that most couples getting married in the church were worldly so they only do church weddings to fulfil all righteousness.

But once they were through with the church part, it would be like, "who let the dogs out..."? Even the reception, which is usually minutes or hours later, you'd be wondering if it was this same couple in the church. You'd start hearing and seeing all sorts of worldliness being displayed.

So although the world has their own part, the real problem for the church is the kind of people that were in the churches, because a man can only give what he has. Out of the abundance of the heart, words and actions proceed.

I always ask Christians and Muslims this:

Before men created clothes that would cover their entire body, how was God coping with the "nudity"?

How did he fare in heaven because about 100% of men and women walked around several times more "nude" than what we have today.

I always know behind all the picture of an angry God presented by the clergy is Man making laws, likes and dislikes in the pretext of God.

God has no problems with skin, else, babies would come with clothes.

As men become more separated from truth, they develop likes and dislikes, phobias, taste and all that, then create fancy doctrines and laws to fill in the gap for the degeneration and call it "rightousness".
