Though I just registered my Nairaland account yesterday but I've been on Nairaland forum for more than a year. Reading and getting information from here. Nairaland really helped me with the needed information. God bless everyone here

I submitted my first application 3rd October, 2022 and was refused December 20, 2022.
Reason: Insufficient fund and insufficient
documentation to support my sponsor

I submitted again 4th Feburary, 2023

Jesus Christ, that sounds scary πŸ˜‚, Know any schools for quick & easy admission?

First, it is doable, and it depends on which area of the criteria you find challenging. Second, it also depends on your field of study. Third, the other factor is if you're looking for funding or not. You may consider St. Mary University in Nova Scotia or Memorial University of Newfoundland in NL.

Conclusion, it is achievable.

Nahh ... was for may initially ... but they really delayed my LOA and forced me to go for September intake. Really don't mind tbvh, it'll afford me more time to prepare and gather enough money sef.

hi, I showed my salary account which did not have much( i sent it to match my payslips), my other account had 3M then my husbands account had about 8M.

it was just study permit application without SOWP

try to calculate your school fees + living expenses+ flight/miscelleneous expenses in CAD that should give your a rough estimate of what you should present , if you can add a little more to let the VO know you will be comfortable even if you do not get a job.

Some people have presented POF with a lot of money and still get denied, I was denied the first time on the basis of insufficient funds and i reapplied with the same accounts and it was eventually approved. I only focused on the proof of funds part of my SOP, gave a more detailed breakdown of the funds available and the source, added supporting letter from my husband proof of ID and employment.

Also add a list of the documents your are uploading for each section, it lets the VO know what he/she is looking at

Thank you so much sis.

Is it a one year program?

Please I will like to connect with you through your email if you don't mind.
I'm a female.

Thanks a lot.

is anyone going to the University of Winnipeg? What card did you use for payment? I don't want to buy dollars at 1015 naira at ChipperCard. cry

Good afternoon. Please I'm also doing this. I paid through flywire and it is yet to be acknowledged by the school. Can we discuss? WhatsApp 080 290 22301. I will like to hear from you. I may need your guidance
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Nobody: 2:48pm On Feb 12, 2023
Please what is flywire Naira - CAD rate?

makano:
Hello Abeg441

Do not waste your time on form A for a payment deadline of 2 weeks.

Peeps that have initiated Form A for months now have not been debited and the school has not received the CAD equivalent, so do not go near Form A, especially with what is going on in Nigeria presently with the banking sector..

Take time and read up on the school's payment options, there are 3rd party options like Flywire you can use, even though their rates are more expensive but your payment should get to your school in a week or 2.

Peace

I don't know, it changes so you could just go to the site and put the amount you'd be paying into the site and see the amount

I think I like the course-business development and sales.
....bt I checked Conestoga website and the course is closed for September intake .
I have tried checking through other schools for the course but they are closed too.
Is there any related course you can suggest?
I want a course that will be relevanthome and abroad.

I appreciate your willingness to help bro.

I believe you have received responses regarding the school. Unfortunately, I don’t know much about the school's accommodation and social amenities. But rest assured that CBU is a DLI and the programs are PGWP-eligible.

Most business programs fit your profile. Let me know if you want me to apply to any of these programs. I don’t charge for school admission, but you must pay the application fee, if applicable.

Pls, i have scanned my supportingdocumentsand each is 12.8 Mb, should i compress now at this stage or i should wait till wen am about to upload on portal, then my general ielts is expiredsince last year sept, can i still add it as a supportingdocumentor i should just ignore it.

Well, except you have other documents you may want to attach before you upload, you can proceed to compress the documents and upload them.
I did not do ielts so it was not part of the documents I used. However, if you feel it will boost your chances then add it and any other document you think of. Don't feel like you are adding too much especially if they are relevant to you.
