Enforcing it is very simple all they need to do it to put a barricade that will only allow smaller vehicles to pass.

When we ask say politicians should enforce universal education for citizens...they will either say there's no money...or ask who school help...... simply because they all think the entire goal of formal education is to get a job... which is untrue... better informed citizens will think and act better... hooliganism.. ritual killing... kidnapping for ransom.. terrorism..... embezzlement of funds.... corruption..etc.. they're all stuff we will not be facing in this country...if over 80-85% citizens had access to good quality and standard at least primary (not these husband and wife.... and other funnily named nursery and primary schools) education.


A properly educated kid will not vandalize public property nor will he easily accept to used in unpatriotic actions syxh as embezzling funds meant to provide health facilities
