Hello Guys, i Have a question. Please dont quote me, else the site will ban you.[/color] [/b] You can just type my moniker in your reply. I visited the UK for 20 days and i am back to Nigeria. I still have about 3 months valid visa left. I want to apply for a visit around august, but i want to do it early enough. Can i apply now against august with the valid 3 months visa i have, or should i wait till it expires? Also, Some people are saying i have to apply for another 6 months, before i can apply for 2 years. Can i apply for 2 years Visa straight after the first 6 months, or must i apply for another 6 months? Waiting for response. Thanks Please check your mail it's urgent |

BruceXavier: You don’t need to wait for you visa to expire before reapplying. As a matter of fact, it will even help your application. There is no restrictions as to the length of visa you wish to apply for. You are free to apply for 2 years if you wish. Good luck |

Mrmoney90:Whether they already have a visa will not help the application. It will be treated like any other application and the onus of the individual is to prove why they need another visa. |

Tutu82: I believe it will, if you obey the conditions of your previous visa and don't violate any immigration laws. |

ignis: You are welcome. Meanwhile only companies in the links below give sponsorship. So kindly focus on those companies. Some big companies such as Shell and Mobil do not sponsor while tiny companies with just one office can give sponsorship. So check the lists whenever you get any vacany. https://uktiersponsors.co.uk/ https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1135721/2023-02-10_-_Worker_and_Temporary_Worker.csv Get updated lists everyday here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workers 2 Likes |

DMainMan: Thank you Boss. ... I'm about to conclude my Masters program in Environmental and Engineering Geology. I have applied for few jobs in related field and still waiting for update. If I get sponsored by a care company which is the easiest to get at the moment. Can I combine working with the care company and a job in my field with a company that do not offer sponsorship ? |

My brother has submitted his online application documents for his biometrics on Monday. But now his worried he did not cover some credit transactions. His salary is 600k per month and asides from that he occasionally has a few credits from friends. In a month the total is not over 10-11k. Should he have addressed this? We didn’t think to as the credit amounts is quite small as a friend would credit 2k, 4k or 5k. We thought the ECO would look for explanations for large single or total transactions of 20k upwards. Because they cannot think no money whatsoever enters his account asides from his salary? |

Hello house, As a business owner , is it ok for me to submit both business and personal accounts. I pay myself monthly allowance of about 75k which is just enough for my monthly upkeep. Can I transfer the money I intend to spend on this trip from my business account few weeks before submission? |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Mrmoney90: 8:11am On Feb 13, 2023 |
Seeker2023: So you pay yourself 75k and spend it all? It means your account is quite poor. Even if you don’t spend all, it’s still the same result. It shows your business isn’t earning enough for you to embark on such an expensive trip. Sending large sum of money few weeks or days to your application is tantamount to a hot refusal. 1 Like |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Seeker2023: 8:54am On Feb 13, 2023 |
Mrmoney90:you don't get it sir, my business can afford to pay me up to 900k monthly but since I am the owner of the company (enterprise) does it make sense to pay myself salary since the profits can be reinvested in the business and I only take out my living expenses. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Mrmoney90: 9:26am On Feb 13, 2023 |
Seeker2023: It is right you pay yourself regardless. It will even be more advantageous when you pay yourself that 900k and only spend your living expenditure of 75k out of it. Moreover, there is a part on the form that will ask how much you spend monthly. You can do this for a year atleast before making application. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Mrmoney90: 9:27am On Feb 13, 2023 |
Seeker2023: The question would be, “why is your business sponsoring you on this trip?” In order to avoid all these stress, just consider paying yourself the 900k monthly and go from there |
