Go to the HP driver and software download site,type the model of your laptop and download the latest display adapter driver.

Yes it always works on the external monitor everytime. It's been like a year plus like that now, some days the screen comes up.

If you don't have the key sope otilo.

You'll have to format the SSD.

Pls I need help
My laptop couldn't boot this evening. It would show " preparing automatic repair" then show "diagnosing pc" then a blue screen appears before abruptly going off. It continues to repeat the process without end.

After struggling and removing/ returning the battery I have managed to boot it about two times only for it go off after one or two minutes.

Strangely I noticed it functioned well the times I faced it on a fan, but goes off when I remove it. Pls what would be the cause?

Don't connect it again,there is a short circuit on the motherboard.
