pansophist: Of course, I know. I have always said earlier that what Africans considered independence was a transition of the old method of exploitation (colonialism), to a new, self-sustaining, sophisticated method of permanent subjugation (imperialism). They replace the white colonial faces with black faces, whom they promise all the support and will ignore all their crimes if they continue sustaining all their exploitative structures that were built in the colonial era. So as countries were getting their so-called independence, they were ushered into western imperialistic ecosystems. So they became a member of the UN, and ICC, must use the dollar, imposed educational systems, their corporations coming in to control their resources, (eg Shell and Nigeria oil), and so on. In simple terms, think of how a butcher moves the cows from the farm to the slaughterhouse. In the cow's mind, he is free from the enclosed farm, but the slaughterhouse though modern and shiny with machines is worse than where they were coming from. You see the way the US froze billions of dollars of Afghanistan's foreign reserves, and as they did with Russia as well, that's exactly the fate that awaits any country that tries to pull off their imperialistic eco-system. While we are busy fighting each other like idiots, they are up there designing sophisticated systems to keep others down, and themselves on top. And this world order must go, or else, the global south will never develop. China refused to be part of that system, now look at them. Iran refused and was sanctioned to death, but they still thrive and built their own planes and so forth. Until we leave western dependence and walk our own part, no magic Peter Obi will perform. It's like putting a pilot in a ship, it can't do anything with it. How can the world be democratic when less than 15% of the world population (the west) controls everything? if this is not authoritarianism, then what is authoritarianism? But I always take responsibility, so I won't blame them much, I blame our ancestors for letting this degrade this badly, and makes it harder for current and future generation to solve. The rot is too much. pansophist: Josep Borell is a racist piece of shit. Sadly, this scum is a top EU politician, and calling the non-western countries jungle is a reincarnation of the mindset that led to colonialism and slavery pro-max. He still sees the world from a colonial lens, but his arrogance is needed since that's how he can cope in a changing world that is increasingly becoming multi-polar and catching up.
From 1991 to 2022, something that has never happened before in the history of the world happened, that thing is called unipolarism. After the collapse of the soviet union in 1991, China was dirt poor, imperial Japan has been defeated and occupied, the same with nazi Germany, India still recovering from British colonialism, Iran was in deep soup, and Africa was too backward to even be noticed.
The west, especially the US was the largest economy, and the strongest military power holds the world's reserved currency and enjoys an unparalleled political, economical, military, and soft power globally. The US was so strong that when it coughs, the world shivered. And then they showed themselves. Then the global bombing tour started, from Iraq to Syria, Venezuela to Yugoslavia, and Libya to Iran, to name a few.
Meanwhile, the Chinese who have suffered what they called a ''century of humiliation'' was in the background bidding their time, getting stronger, and building themselves up. The Chinese who lost territories the size of Nigeria x4, an empire nation that was torn apart by foreign powers, and saw what awaits you when you are weak, said to themselves, NEVER AGAIN.
Putin was then a KGB agent in Germany, young and smart, but silent and working his way up into the Kremlin. He witnessed how countries that used to be part of Russia have now become sworn enemies of Russia, and he dreamt of a stronger, independent, and sovereign Russia that occupies its rightful place on the international stage.
And February, 24th of 2022 will be remembered as the date when the world becomes clearly multipolar, after thirty years of failed unipolarism. The world has clearly understood the kind of monster the west is, and how they dream of a world where everyone is down, and only them up. Now, the way the international stage is set up, other stronger countries are now a deterrent, and they will never allow themselves to be weak again. NEVER.
It will not happen very fast, but the complete breakdown of western hegemony will happen faster than the time it took to build it. Destruction is faster than building, and destroying evil is even faster, especially when the destroyers are the victims of the very evil. I know the Russia-China alliances are cooking something, I suspect that they have set traps that will render all western imperialistic ecosystems useless.
From my calculations, the more the west throws out a country from its imperialistic systems, an alternative will be invented that will make that system useless. So for example, they threw Russia out of swift, but Russia created SPFS which they used to carry financial transactions between themselves and other countries.
If they threw China out of the UN for example, then a new UN that is fair will be invented, rendering the western controlled system useless. If you refuse to sell your tech, buy our oil, or ban us from visiting your countries (as they did with Russians), you will kill your industry and other regions will benefit financially from your market loss. One thing that kills a monopoly is competition, especially competent competition.
We live in very interesting times. Brace up, shit might get really bad before it gets better. Sha has proper wealth, not fiat money only, which can collapse. Have farmland, a water well, and livestock/poultry, these will keep you alive, not chains, iPhones, and paper money. Your survival is in your hands, not the government. Be vigilant, and use the internet to learn real stuff and how the world works, not just for social media and entertainment.

Visa Alert! Visa Alert! Visa Alert!
My appreciation goes to @dduchess90 @lolade88 @Gloriyah and all those who have contributed to this forum in one way or the other. You have helped me in your own ways. God bless you.
This is a long read, I apologise in advance
14th Aug - Application to University of Lincoln 31st Oct - Conditional letter 5th Nov - Unconditional letter 7th Nov - Deposit paid, request for CAS 28th Nov - Received CAS 4th Dec - Visa application (MA) 6th Dec - Visa application (Child Dependant) 7th Dec - Biometrics (MA and Dependant) 9th Dec- Empty NSF (MA) 9th Dec - Additional doc request (Dependant) 15th Dec - Uploaded doc requested (Dependant) 19th Dec - Paid mail for both MA and Dependant Several paid mails and calls 27th Dec - Biometrics letter dropped (MA) 28th Dec- Collection mail (MA) 29th - DHL brought passport. Decision made 23rd Dec, Vignette sitting pretty and smiling (MA)
This is where the story begins on dependants application
I did several paid mail and paid calls. Decision has been made but they cannot disclose the outcome of the decision. I should wait until VAC tells me I should come and pick the passport before going. After all the prayers and fasting, mail dropped and....
4th Jan 23 - Visa denied (Dependant is a 5 year old girl)
The visa refusal was because during the 28 days of the bank statement rendered and using the OANDA rate of the date of application, naira equivalent of £30 dropped. Meaning that one of the account balance for the day on the statement was less than £30 pounds. I cried my eyes out that day. The most painful part is that I have another bank statement that I would have merged, which is a domiciliary account and there is some money in it which would have been enough and over what was required.
I thought of what to do. I couldn't find any solution and doing an administrative review wasn't an option as the outcome can take up to 6 months, and it costs £80. I was discouraged, but I still believed God can do wonders afterall I have put everything in Gods hands. I cried myself to sleep.
5th of Jan - I wrote a full 2 page appeal letter that I cannot leave her because she is small, a girl child, I am the only parent, blablabla. I mentioned the trauma she is likely to experience, breakdown etc - the thing too much. I then wrote a 4 page cover letter admitting my fault and telling them that I have another account that can be merged. The cover letter covered everything I have been doing for her since conception to birth, all our hospital visits, her allergies everything, and I am the only person who can take god care of her as she is only a minor.
Hmmm, I attached all the previous documents I have submitted earlier and uploaded 2 months bank statement for both accounts as against the 28 days bank statement and sent to all the channels they have ever communicated me with - Amendment, Escalation, Document, BRP, all of them. With all of these they did not reply me. Days runs into weeks no reply. Did paid call and paid mail - decision has been made since 23rd of Dec (Visa refusal).
I lost hope in it and started demanding for passport to be returned. I write mail tire.......
18th Jan - I travelled to the UK - School resumes by 23rd Jan 18th Jan - IHS Refunded 30th Jan - Collection mail to return passport 31st Jan - I started another visa application. Saved it and was going to pay for IHS and Visa the next day. 1st of Feb - BRP mail dropped (Visa successful). Decision made 27th Jan. I cried and cried. This would be my very first experience of crying for joy. Not to exaggerate, I cried for more than 30mins, praising God and crying at the same time. IT WAS A MIRACLE THAT I CANNOT COMPREHEND. 1st of Feb - DHL delivered passport - Vignette sitting pretty - My daughters picture was too fine in it. God is wonderful. Coincidentally, it was my sons birthday. Double celebration in the house.
This is my story and I give God all the glory. I pray that everyone waiting fir a miracle as mine will receive in JESUS name. AMEN! 42 Likes |

Hello Unmarried partners live together and can provide documents addressed in either individual or joint names but same address(dating doesn't necessarily qualify as partners) In UKVI eyes, you just got married and applied for visa The PCC you provided is irrelevant, pictures, chats are minor evidence Since Jan 3rd I believe you both live together, can you provide the rent agreement/bill paid since you got married till date?? Can you provide hers/your bank statement showing the same address since you got married?? Include a cover letter to address your relationship as you explained here This is a 50/50 chance, you can try but if she gets refused then plan ahead Cheers Akp500: Good afternoon house and kudos to everyone dropping one or two advice on here 🙌🏽
Please, I am a silent reader here and I need help with my dependent’s visa application.
I just got my visa and plan to travel with my wife (we submitted and did biometric on different dates) but UKVI is asking for additional documents.
NB: We have been dating for over 2 years now but we don’t stay together. We officially got married on the 3rd of January (few days before I got my COS).
Documents initially uploaded
Marriage certificate (with our various parents home address) POF Police character (carrying her parents home address) TB test (carrying her parents home address) WhatsApp chat (date back to Jan 2021) Random pictures together Wedding photos
Please, find attached for the details of the mail sent by UKVI. I’m so confused on how else to demonstrate that we have a genuine relationship despite not staying in the same address over the years. Please help.
Thanks |

Thank you for your reply We’re already working on changing the address on her bank account and I will also print mine too. The issue with the bills is that, I have lived in a family house all through, even after getting married we stayed there together (didn’t bother getting an apartment since we intend to travel together), so the bills aren’t in my name. Though I can demonstrate in the cover letter why bills aren’t in my name and attach every document of the house I can get to support it. We’re also trying to get other documents too from our GP (we go for counseling together a lot). We hope all these will fly. Thanks once again for your response 🙌🏽 |
