I heard one fellow with questionable character said INEC does not have cash for elections I WANt TO EMPHASIZE THAT INEC DOES NOT NEED CASH FOR THE ELECTIONS Except the complainant want to steal some of the cash, EVERY INEC staff and every one who renders any service to INEC should be paid through their bank account 13 Likes |

KingsCity: INEC doesn't need any cash for operation. Any contractor or sub contractor, upon contract signed, indicate your account details and the said money will be forwarded via transfer.
