It's not. It's a Telegram bot that answers your questions on election. It can send MP4 or PDF files. I suggest those who are yet to go for training to use it. It will get them well prepared for the exam.

Thanks I was there yesterday i could not find my name at technical I met with the lady that did the screening whom said I should proceed to the other training center, when I got there the turn out was very low some classes were empty, 90% of the names are at igando, I had to join any class of my choice, I was very tired to start checking name again.

Lot of people are not aware of this training
