I applied for a refund from AE because the item I ordered for got misplaced by Speedaf dispatch rider so this is what AE emailed to me

Please, I've been trying to purchase a package under $10 on my account with my Access Visa card.
But I keep getting an error message saying that the transaction failed for security reasons and I should try another card or payment method.

I've tried with another card Zenith Mastercard but I got another error message (something about the transaction being declined by the issuer)

Has anyone experienced such and what's the way forward?

And I think I'd be getting a Visa card.. Won't it be better to just try getting Kuda's virtual card or using Alipay?

Kuda isn't activated for international transactions. Alipay is another option if you can get the account.

I don't know how to answer this as I don't know much about Alipay and I use Dollar card for my purchases. Just do your research and opt for the better option (in your view).
