I have said this before, it would have been better that 500naira and 1000naira denomination notes was removed entirely than the redesign.

Nobody will store lower denomination notes because the amount he stole is in millions and billions of naira, they will store it higher denomination so that it won't be that bigger.

CBN in Lagos is not different from CBN in Kaduna. The CBN says that if you will redeem any old note you have to fill form by YOURSELF, come to CBN by YOURSELF, be investigated by EFCC and police. If you are clean, you will wait for another 4months to have your account credited.
No state governor will change it.
