If I was a conspiracy theorists , I would have posted here that Pfizer paid Merck to lie as well. Or Merck could have also paid some professors.

Please note that Merck, the maker of Ivermectin is also a bigger and richer company than Pfizer. That's probably why conspiracy theorists have not cooked up lies that Pfizer and Mordena paid Merck off via some donation or bribery.
