Does any beat pounded yam amongst the solids? For me, I would rate them in the following order:
Pounded Yam
Akpu
Fufu Egba
Eba
Wheat
Amala
Poundo (not my thing just like the last which will be semo).

The swallow I enjoy eating are Pounded yam, amala and eba in that order.

I dislike fufu cos of the smell and how starchy the whole thing is.

I dislike wheat cos of the coarseness of the swallow.

I don't rate semo cos it's tasteless.

I only eat pundo if Pounded yam and amala are not available
