gsparks01: Who is the fault from? Did you give a wrong shoe size or you gave the right one and she sent the wrong one? Most times when the mixup is from the buyer, you would be left at their mercy. That is not to say they are any better when the fault is theirs. If she refuses to respond, try wearing it with a shoe pad/socks or sell/dash it off to someone else. |

pocohantas:I do not blame her as she sent me the size I requested... It turned out to be bigger even though I have a couple of shoes with same size that fits me. I just didn't think it's a big deal to have the size changed, and if it is, communication to that effect will be nice. |
