It is because the reason for the loot is supposedly for a different assignment rather than taking it to the bank.

Kwankwaso is talking as if he doesn't have money stored too, just that his is infinitesimal compared to what the Governors have

How much do you think each banks is allocated to Weekly?

Example, if CBN supply 500Million to Zenith bank branch head in Rivers state, the branch head will now distribute same equally to all their branches in that State let's say 20Million each. So tell me do you think is only the governor's or politicians that needs to buy money from those banks?

The bank managers have friends too running on different elective positions. So they can't give it all without keeping for the masses.

Politicians, top businessmen, bank Ceos, the various top perm secs and ministers were the first to hear about the cash swap...so they have done everything to protect their money before the general public.

They bought real estate,gold, usdt, usdc, shares,they also converted some to dollars
