By d way, someone already pointed out some defects in d plan design, & another person talked about d choice of roofing sheet. These observations are okay, at least it would guide others to take note of some things in their future projects.

An Aluminum (Metra or Step tiles) roofing sheet could have fit d building more better, & I observed dt it is something u can afford going by d speed of dis project.

Very sure not all River state are expensive, like for example it’s easy to buy land in Okitipupa than Akure.

am currently staying at Eliozu. Land at Eliozu should be exact that ur price but some places 20m-25m above. I got my own land at Army range, eneka
