By d way, someone already pointed out some defects in d plan design, & another person talked about d choice of roofing sheet. These observations are okay, at least it would guide others to take note of some things in their future projects.

An Aluminum (Metra or Step tiles) roofing sheet could have fit d building more better, & I observed dt it is something u can afford going by d speed of dis project.

Kitchen door is directly facing the lounge, dinning has no window, guest toilet door facing the dinning. Assuming you are eating and someone decides to use the toilet, how will you feel?

I planned getting one after that Army range through one real estate company like that. Selling for 3.2mil last year. Will enquire how much now though I'm considering at Choba (omoukiri) behind Uniport for 3.75mil

Land is very expensive in SE and it appreciates rapidly.

You can't buy a land so cheap at that price.... A buy and build land at 1.4million, Agent and Lawyer inclusive.

I just bought land measuring approximately 1 full plot in Oyo Town..
I am a business young man.. It has always been my dream to build house in a descent estate not too far from my business location.
So luckily I got one virgin land just close to the major road.
The cost is 1.4 million naira, including lawyers and agent fees...
Moulding of blocks is presently ongoing and the fencing foundation will commence next week when the blocks will be dried enough.

Once I see the 3 bedroom apartment I know it must be in the SW, their house there no dey pass 3 or 2 bedroom that's what them use make Ibadan largest city at the time, worst part is the cheap silver roofing sheets that get rusted in few years, again nothing like rebuilding or carrying out maintenance of old structure in that region, I think they need to change that mentally to give SW a befitting scenery
