Please what are the things I should consider getting farmland, and where is the best location to get farmland in Ogun State ?

I have been considering security, land fertility, weather. Access road etc.

Please advise a novice .

It's like you don't know what they call farmland. You are telling someone to come buy 4 plots for 3mil to do farming.
