Police, Military Hold Special Operations In North-West, South-East by Ezeama400: 9:45am On Feb 23, 2023
The police are carrying out special operations in the South-East and North-West regions of the country to decimate the activities of insurgents such as the Indigenous People of Biafra, Eastern Security Network and bandits.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, who revealed this in an interview with our correspondent, said the operations are being carried out in conjucntion with other military operatives.

Adejobi said, “We have made adequate deployment to the South-East and the North-West. Immediately the president unveiled the anti-riot equipment last week, they were deployed, and that was about the third deployment of equipment nationwide.

“Also, the Imo State governor recently bought some APCs and other weapons, and that’s why you can see that the activities of IPOB in the state have gone down. In fact, their activities had gone down in most of the cities in Imo because the governor was proactive by getting those equipment after he consulted the IG.

Now IPOB and ESN activities are becoming prevalent in Anambra, with incidents happening frequently these days. But the CP had consulted the IG, and we’re hopeful that things will improve there.

“So, we urge the governors of other states in the South-East too to meet with the IG, they could do it per state or per the entire region, and the IG would advise them on how to go about solving similar problems in their states.

I heard "sit at home" is already in the mud even before deployment of military personnels

Simon Ekpa was paid 1 million dollars by enemies of Igbos to destroy Igbo land..

Nnamdi Kanu has said it that there should be no sit at home, that people should go out and exercise their franchise..

This criminal called Ekpa is disobeying Nnamdi Kanu by going against his command..

Who is Ekpa to speak when Kanu has spoken ?

Simon Ekpa is a criminal that must be dealt with

Please if they sight anyone who looks like Simon Ekpa or his footsoldier trying to run away with the ballot box, don't think twice before squeezing the trigger! We need to send those animals to their maker ASAP.

They are not doing enough.
ESN terrorists under the command of Simon Ekpa are still killing innocent people and torching properties in Enugu Ezike, Igbo Eze North Local Government Area of Enugu State. Few days ago, they killed two cargo bus drivers, burnt their buses, with nearby properties also burning to the ground from the resulting inferno.
The army and the police need to step up their game in Enugu Ezike as I am certain that the marauding terrorists are going to try to commit more acts of terrorism as the election draws near in order to scare locals away from coming out to vote.

Punch Newspaper should calm down.. Everybody knows that every region in Nigeria has a confirmed deployment of security personnel.

The SW has the highest deployment of Military personnel and it's because of Vote buying and ballot box snatching. Trying to rope in the SE and other regions to paint a narrative won't work again.

As army full Lagos..Oyo..Ogun..Ekiti... Ondo.. OSUN...kwara..even kogi..na so army dey everywhere

Niggaz will vote...and any UGM will die...that is a promise

Whoever thought Igbos and ipob apologists would one day celebrate the deployment of “Fulani Army” to Igboland?

Show pictures of defiance to sit at home orders when just few months ago they littered NL with pictures of compliance to sit at home?

All because of Presidency of the “Zoo” 😂🤣🤣

We will make sure they maintain this energy when Obi loses and they resume agitating for Bia-fraud by next week 😎

Please look for this logo on your ballot papers — that is Labour Party (LP)!
Incase you don't see "LP" written on it, don't worry.

Just vote for Peter Obi grin
