Don’t conflict rate with the actual number of collected PVC.

Oyo still have more PVC collection than Anambra and SW still has the highest PVC collections.

People are going to vote with collected PVC and not PVC rate.

The figure is so similar to 2019 PVC collection and how states are in ranking of top to bottom. It’s as if everything is constant.

Lagos is mini Nigeria all tribes well represented Oyo is 2.7, Anambra is 2.6, check the least state in SE Ebonyi to Ekiti the gap is much, minus Lagos, South-East has more voting strength than Southwest

APC is now only interested in winning through the Courts. APC and Wike have abandoned the election. They've moved to plan B.
Fashola, Dele Aleke, and Musawa have indicated that as their pathway.

When Tinubu urchins failed to put their house in order busy monitoring and attacking Igbos, I remember one video that trended some guys in the east where calling Igbos to come and collect their PVC, Tinubu urchins used it to mocked Igbos, now you can see the effects, I saw it coming .
