My iPhone 11pro goes off when its not plugged to a power source.

What could be the possible cause?

It could be the battery or a panel issue so when you want to repair it tomorrow tell them to change the battery for you, because if they know the problem before you, Nigeria engineers will scam you. Then if after changing the battery it remains the same you should know it a panel problem and be ready to spend money because IPhone panel are very expensive.

I get so many complaints from my friend that uses iPhone a lot

Always complaining and carrying power banks everywhere.
