The assessment isn’t proctored so there’s no use for the webcam but the instruction specifies use of a desktop/laptop.

I applied on the 16th, got invites on both 22nd and 23rd.

You’re totally right about the essay. Ah! I was so frustrated. And it took the chunk of my time. I don’t think the results are out yet. Fingers crossed🤞

So I can go ahead to write the exam with my laptop that have a bad Webcam... if it wasn't proctored... what was then the need for the many instructions

You can take the test of your phone. Just make sure you turn on DND and bar all incoming calls or forward them.
