Transfer by pos hardly fails, that because all money are stored in a wallet, when a transaction is done, the money is deducted from the wallet, now it is left for the bank to process the transaction and send the money to the right account

In regards to vote buying, you don't have to bring pos to any polling booth, the bank accounts of voters will be compiled, you dont need their names. This most interesting thing is that it can be done anywhere
