I don't think uploading across the 4 stages takes up to a year now. They've improved on that to some extent.

What you can do is follow-up...
Follow-up at the office you submitted at school.
Follow-up at the JAMB office (State)

Funnily enough, you can get lucky to have it uploaded on the day you lodge your complaint about delay in approval from their (State) office, but then, you didn't start the process with them.

Some staff won't take you serious because you didn't do it at their office. However, there's always a way around it, you gerrit?
please help the course I that is on my jamb admission letter is different from the course I am about to graduate from. Will this affect me during my NYSC mobilization or during my school clearance?

Hello, good day house... I recently did the regularisation thing and I got an email saying it was approved.
So, I proceeded to print my admission letter and while everything was rectified, there's this caveat at the top of the admission letter written in red saying
"You were Illegally admitted in year
2011 without JAMB Authorization.
This Letter was given in Condonement
of your earlier Improper Admission"
Is this normal?? I'm already composing a message to Jamb right now but I just want to know if this is the norm... Attached below is a screenshot
hello, did you later have to do anything on this,I have the same issue this year..,your reply would be appreciated

Hello good evening, I wrote jamb in 2016 and I was given admission to study chemistry in my school but I later changed course to biochemistry although the course on my jamb admission letter is still chemistry. I have never printed admission letter or do anything related to changing the course on my jamb admission letter. I am about to graduate now so I want to ask please will it affect me during my clearance and NYSC registration?

Hello,
Visit this link to see if you're on the matriculation list.
If you don't see "Congratulations" in green fonts then you have to do JAMB Regularization.

As in cough up some mints, you mean? If yes, please, do you know an insider that can help?
By the way, I PM'd you. You are yet to reply my mail. Thanks

Honestly, I don't know anyone. At the state office, if you observe well, you might meet the guy/man that can help you for small change.
If you see crowd there, just observe well and find the person you think you can talk to man-to-man. It can be the security guy or an officer. Just code it. I'm sure you know how to find your way around it.

I later got in touch with two people. One at jamb office, the other one went to my school. I discovered that from the jamb insider my indemnity form is still in school. Findings reveal that the school is piling up and keeping indemnity forms from December to now. Is that not wickedness? I told my guy to plead with them to release it to him, he'll go and submit it by himself at jamb office. They refused saying if that is the case, anybody can come and collect it. That it is not done that way. Is this not wickedness

Meanwhile, age is not on my side. All this delay tactics is affecting students' chances being enlisted for NYSC. What do you suggest I should do in this situation?

I somehow understand why.
It would be stressful and unprofessional to take individual files to the office of the VC for approval but Omo... December till now don tey small o!

I hope your guy is assured because if your guy picks it up and the school moves on to the next level without your file, then returns to inform you that he couldn't sort it out, that would cost you more.

No, sorry to say. You misread what I wrote. I'm saying my school approved my indemnity form. And they still keeping it with other people's own for a long time. Now, I sent my guy to beg them that since they have already approved it, they should please allow him take the indemnity form to jamb office himself on my behalf. Since they're delaying unnecessarily. By now, it's supposed to be at jamb level for uploading. But my school is piling up indemnity forms for months.

Oh! I grab completely!
This is a good idea. If he can beg/persuade them to approve it the same day, that should cover for the wasted time

My own issue is, I did my regularization last year April, submitted the indemnity form around September and up till date, I haven't heard or gotten any admission from jamb. I have gone back and forth from school to Jamb office at my University state and the one where I base. They keep saying school hasn't recommended my name of which the school is saying that have.

I have to meet with the admission officer at my school and he recommended I do it again which I did but this time I had to make sure the admission officer process my name to jamb on their Cap. Nothing has come out of the two regularization till date. I checked my indemnity form status it says my transaction ID has not been used to apply. I'm so confused right now. What do you think I should do please?
I have already graduated, it's NYSC and jamb admission that's the problem now.

Good day sir/ma
Please how did you eventually resolve this issue as I’m having a similar problem now. Did my regularization about a year ago

Hello , I gained admission through Part time. I didn’t do any jamb so I don’t have jamb reg no at all. So I tried to do the regularization last year December, but I was told at the jamb office that they can’t do it for me probably coz they stopped doing it. So I went back to my school to tell them and they asked me to do the part time registration instead of regularization and I did. I was given indemnity form to submit to my school. Since December 15th, I haven’t heard anything from jamb. And anytime I tried checking the status , it keeps saying the transaction ID supplied has not been used to apply. I don’t know what to do o. Could it be that my school hasn’t submitted or there’s something else I should do. And I also want to ask if part time registration no is different coz mine is 11 digits instead of 10 digits total.

Hello, please were you able to get this sorted out? I have the exact same issue

Please I'm having issues registering for my brother's jamb. First of all we faced issues getting his profile code. He has previously gotten it last year but the phone nunber on which he got it has been stolen. He was unable to retrieve it and the number has been assigned to someone else. Luckily, we retrieved the code in his mail and continued to setup his jamb e facility number with his new number ; no issues. but to buy ePin now has become another wahala. Bank app and remita are saying GSM number does not match. Even after trying it with both the old and new number. He has even gone ahead to change his number on the nin portal. Please help!

The screenshot shows that your school has acknowledged that you submitted and they have approved your request. It must have been pushed to JAMBs state office to check and approve before HQ finally approves it.

I can see February 10th there... Just exercise a little patience.

Good luck and well done 👏

Please, I did my JAMB in 2018 and JAMB gave me Biology, I'm not even a science student. I then got a stamp from the school registrar to be screened for English which is what I out in for. Do I need to do this regularisation? Will it affect my NYSC?

Yeah! If the course listed on the Web page matches with what you're studying

No, it doesn't match with what I'm studying. I'm studying English while Biology is there.

So, will it be a problem in my school when they want to clear me for NYSC and all in general even though I got a stamp from the registrar to be screened for English when I entered?

You should visit the admissions office at your school.
Some schools fix issues like this when their students are about to graduate. Also, regularisation was considered not necessary for students who wrote UTME in 2018.

Albeit, make effort to visit your school admision office.

Hello Good morning, remember you replied me few days ago.

My letter has been successfully approved, but albeit I printed an admission letter this morning. I checked my name on my Jamb list matriculation, it said I should proceed to print my admission letter which I have already done that in order for my name to appear on the matriculation list.

If you don't see it by next week, let your school's admission office know. They have a portal for JAMB E-CAPS

Okay only that during my year E-Caps was not in use, but I guess I have to be patient. We were called for final screening to enable us upload our documents.

Hello I keep getting.

"You are not on the matriculation list", kindly print your result slip and admission letter online"

I've done that but still it still shows same message.
I've already done regularisation. My admission status already approved at HQ and my admission letter already reflects it. What could be the issue now?
