Write a detailed cover letter to regarding this request and inparticular the difference in the amount, you could do a table of inflow and outflow

1. Reference the relevant documents reflecting fees rents and other bills paid in the UK so far, they have to balance the figures out

2. Ensure the documents you provide are verifiable

I am going through alot of mental stress right now, UKVI has really dealt with me so badly without committing any crime. I applied for a student visa, priority to be precise, bio was done on 20th of January, decision was made on 23rd January and I got BRP mail on 26th of January but could you believe that since then ukvi refused to send my passport back to TLS for collection, I have been battling with this for long, I keep going to IKEJA TLS but the truth is even the so called TLS are not ready to help and now my school told me not to bother coming again even if my passport is return back to me. Right now I want to ask, can ukvi be sue and also how can I request for my IHS refund? Please house help me

Can I ask what steps you took to contact UKVI/TLS besides going their physically and asking for your passport

If you intend to sue you have to have enough trail as evidence to show you have chased this

2.can you appeal with your Uni to allow you resume online pending when this is resolved

3. Because a decision was made/ visa granted you won't be getting your IHS back, again this will depend on the evidence you have and how far you are willing to take this up legally

Is your husband the biological father?? If yes then provide birth certificate and cover letter as to why the surnames are different


If not you have to go through the legal route of sole custody with the child's father

I have done several paid mail to UKVI, I have written to UK embassy in Lagos, the paid mail keep extending the date, they first gave me 9 working days and now 15 working days yet the passport has not be returned back and my school is not helping. They keep telling me not to come to UK, that the deadline has passed.

How can I get my IHS refund, can the visa be transfer to September intake, also how do I get immigration lawyer that can help me to sue UKVI. The paid mail is not helping at all, what they are after is the money they wanted to charge you for using them. Please I need help.

By the gate, they just need your appointment letter from TLS With your international passport to let you in. Once you are in you need just 3 things With your International Passport

1. A copy of your appointment letter from TLS (please just the first page)
2. The first page of your checklist (don't bother with the other pages)
3. A photocopy of your Data page (this will be attached to your collection slip)

Only assisted service requires the full pages of the checklist.

you need court documents alluding to the things you are describing or if your current spouse has adopted them. U have to provide legal documentation whatever the case

Before you choose a university, do your research. Some universities were teacher training schools and polytechnics before they were upgraded to universities. Such schools are way down the ranking ladder.

I would say go for Hull. Hull is highly ranked than the others schools and has always been a traditional university from day 1.

Hull is 58.
Salford is 85
Wales is 91

Don't just attend any schools. UK Employers will not value you or even want to give you a job because they believe something must be wrong for you not to have attended highly-ranked universities.

The same way Nigerian employers look down on HND holders.
