You emphasized on dual SIM which I don't think Google pixel 5a has. More premium brand phones come with 1 sim. If dual SIM is not a deal breaker then get from Olly.fair at 185k.

If it's a deal breaker, I recommend Poco f3 from Mei.ster at 185k.

Search for Oll.yfair or Mei.ster on nairaland. You can see their contact details and price of their phones. They are trusted sellers on this platform.

Also don't be scared of London used phones. Just a side note.

I personally prefer the design of Poco f3. Poco f3 has a better processor performance also.

X4 pro is has a better super amoled display and is around 220k for a brand new 8/256gb variant. It also has faster charging, a headphone jack and a larger battery.

Personally it's up to you. I still prefer Poco f3

It's a decent phone but it's definitely not worth it's price, if you must go for an SD 695 device then Redmi note 11 pro 5g and poco x4 pro are there

I feel that the best thing about Nokia phones is their software update policy.
And their stock UI that adds little overhead to running the phone.
But their prices are just plain overkill, believe me.
And btw, where will you see Nokia G60 for 120k?
