What is going on?

INEC is failing in this election- Not providing things as basic as ink and ballot papers in many places

AND NOW GIVING ROOM FOR MANIPULATION OF RESULTS BY NOT FOLLOWING IT’S OWN RULES

I'm actually disappointed at the labour party they should speak up and force inec to start uploading results on time on their portal as promised
