Subzero047: Eko Atlantic: Tinubu device a plan to save Victoria Island from encroachment by the Atlantic. Got the investors together. That's what you're seeing today. Every governor that came after him has supported the plan. Similar to what happened with Lekki Free Trade zone and the Dangote Refinery (even though Tinubu negotiated that years after he left office). Even Pat Utom (Peter Obi's right hand man) attest to these. 2 Likes |

YungMillionaire:No other tribes but some yorubas call igbos migrants in the own country in Lagos. Yorubas in south south, east, north, have not been called migrants. So, you see. The no man's land is in response to those Yorubas who call the igbos such. It is a two way something. 4 Likes |

YungMillionaire:There is no other tribe in Nigeria that constantly call another tribe migrants who need to be deported. Igbos are constantly being called that in Lagos. There are Yorubas making a living in every region, but no one is called that or constantly bullied. Remove the log in your eyes before you tell another his own. 2 Likes |

babaolofin: And they voted for ibo man in 2015 and 2019? when Buhari managed to get 5% in Ibo land. Was it not an ijaw man and buhari's tribe's man they voted for? You guys always find way to drag Igbos into every mess in Nigeria, tomorrow you and your cohorts will be shouting Igbos that doesn't love themselves, next tomorrow, you'll be shouting Igbos are the most tribalistic. The question is, how can a tribe that so much hate themselves (according to you) at the same time be the most tribalistic in a nation. 7 Likes |

BentizilL: Then how was it possible for two yoruba presidential candidates to be on ballots of the two leading parties ? I can remember some Igbo candidates stepping down for the yoruba candidates just to appease the Yorubas. How many Igbo presidential candidates has Yorubas voted for or even stepped down for. 1 Like |

tctrills: Obasanjo was never the IBO choice. The battle between Obasanjo and Ekwueme for PDP ticket was turned into a tribal war by the IBOs. That battle between Ekwueme and Obasanjo heated the polity. Obasanjo was insulted. What Tinubu faced in the hands of the IBOs was exactly what Obasanjo went through but the saving grace was the absent of internet and social media. They have no choice as most of their prominent people are already in PDP and some of the prominent people were seeking election as Governors, Senate and House of Reps. They found out only Yoruba man can tackle Yoruba. After election, they brought SB Awoniyi as PDP chairman, but Obj rejected him. In 2003, Alex Ekwueme challenged Obasanjo again. Afenifere running jingles and advertisements in Yoruba language for Peter OBI in South West can only be done by Afenifere. Ohaneze Ndigbo can never do that for Yoruba in IBO land. Lagos has an issue. Oba of Lagos created the problem ignorantly. If Otunba Adekunle Ojora has been crowned as Oba of Lagos, the problem wouldn't have been around. 3 Likes |
