It's the way those that took the pics took it. That's why agent are an important part of election. You need an organized structure for monitoring of your results in case mago mago wan happen.

For example APC model - As election is concluded, votes counted and winnere announced at the PU, agent are instructed to send the result to their ward coordinators who in turn will collate the result and send to the zonal coordinators to the state level. That way the party already knows what to expect in an LG.

Sure it was disappointing but we realized that Nigeria didn't stop in my environment. There are people who will vote for the candidates I don't like.
