Listening to some Asian movie/series songs I found on my former phone And it's so obvious how far ahead Asia is in terms of movie/series score or soundtracks Hollywood is nowhere near Asia when it comes to movie music...Those Chinese, Korean or Japanese songs are so good... The best of Hollywood is like average when comparing with Asia. I listened to the songs of this Korean series I watched years ago: "Mr Sunshine" and it is 10x better than anything I've heard from Hollywood in the past 10 years I also listened to artists like Hiroyuki Sawano I listened to a ton of Chinese songs I didn't even know the name cos they were written in Kanji Many of these Chinese movies their songs you'll be lucky to even find on YouTube or anywhere...even Shazam won't find them If there were actually an impartial award for best score/soundtrack worldwide... Asia would win it every year...in fact top 20 per year would come from Asia...those guys don't play with Music It's even more impressive that these Asian composers can do songs even in other languages like Spanish, German, French etc 3 Likes |

Wakanda Forever 6.8/10 (will have to approx it to 7/10) ~ (a weak 7/10) Not as bad as it was projected here. The final fight was a bit lame. And no sensible explanation was given on how Namor was able to penetrate wakanda city. I also wonder how Wakandans claim the be the greatest, but they do not have any sensible military. Overall, it's a very watchable film, and I loved the part where I heard Burna boy's alone soundtrack. |

Saw a video this morning of Tom Cruise riding a motorcycle off a cliff 6 times during shooting of a movie scene Tom Cruise is too goated...that's why I love Mission Impossible and it's stunts Unlike Marvel movies where the entire movie takes place inside one room with green screen for the entire run of the movie... |

DARK OCTOBER 7/10 Dark October covers the story of the popular ALUU 4. A story about the unjust murder of four innocent students of uniport through jungle justice for something they knew nothing of. Although the movie looked like a low budget film(don’t know if this was done on purpose), it’s the best I have seen from Nollywood in terms of depiction of events. The movie had me asking if it’s a recording of the actual events or just acting. The director did a great job in making the scenes seem as real as possible. The crowd coordination was top notch(only those who have seen the movie would understand what I mean). The acting, though from relatively unknown actors was superb. They all did a great job and amazed me with how they conveyed emotions properly. Another thing I really liked about this movie was the realistic depiction of our university system. This movie cannot be talked about without mentioning how great the make up was. It looked so realll(those who have seen the movie would know what I’m talking about). It’s in fact one of the reasons I’m rating it this high. This movie, though very sad is worth a watch. I recommend it.
