In this election, I so much love the Yoruba people and we have proven that our religious tolerance is second to none.

Ekiti & Ondo have the most christians population by percentage in the West and they delivered the most percentage for Tinubu win compared to other Yoruba states.

Upon the noise that muslim-muslim will affect Tinubu chances, it did not affect his vote in the West.

THEY DID WELL TO VOTE FOR THEIR KILLERS.

Omo fear North ooo.

If one candidate ever get bloc vote for the North in future elections, then no candidate from the South will ever defeat a Northerner if they ever get one coalition from one Southern zone.

The numbers I am seeing from their LG is just too much. I now know why Buhari always get that constant 10million vote.

Atiku did not underestimate Obi.

Atiku can't force him to stay. Atiku gave him VP slot in 2019. What else should he offer him in 2023? His wives?

If Tinubu wins, Obi will not win election in the next 16 years. So e affect everybody.

-Lord

atiku annd obi have a game olan coming into pdp primary...

atiku undertook to use his influence and make pdp seed the slot to south easterns and he would contest...

but if he failed to influence that...obi shld also come out in d primary...but if obi loses, he will mk him his deputy again..cuz he is sure he atiku will win the primary if thrown open...

so wike hearing the plan after scuttling the igbo zonal presidency plan, decided to rally the current governors and make them sign agreement that only existing givernors can be selected a pdp presidential candidate wimmer, thereby scheming out obi..

so when obi heard this he stepped out of the party instead of losing out in total...and this is whhere we are now .with the three oaties losing to ApC..

The Owo catholic massacre wasn't committed by Yorubas. The killers were arrested and they are mostly from Kogi.

So how does that concern the Yoruba and how does your propaganda fit into this?

I can see you're adamantly and unreasonably pro Waziri. People like you probably misled him.

Did Waziri offer Obi the VP slot in 2022? That's the talk. If he did, and if Obi had accepted, what do you think would be happening now?

Unreasonable arrogance leads nowhere.

Why would Atiku reject Obi for VP in 2022 after he gave it to him in 2019?

Why?

Atiku chose Okowa after Obi left. And Okowa was chosen as reward for delivering Atiku in the primaries.

If Obi stayed and worked with Atiku, we'd be calling him VP-elect by now. But he felt he is bigger than VP position. GEJ was once a VP. Tinubu begged for VP in 2015. Atiku became influential because of VP. Let him manage his Presidential Candidate achievement.

Humility is important in politics. If El-Rufai gives Fashola VP position in 2031, he'll grab it with both hands, even though Fashola pass El-Rufai normally. But Obi is claiming he can't be VP to the Waziri. That he will win without structure. Now he came third in 4 SW states. Kano and Katsina, he is no where to be found. In SS and NC, they'll suppress his votes.

So how does he expect to be President? In 2027, will he defeat Tinubu? In 2031, even a Northern stone will defeat him handily.

The Waziri has accepted his fate. Allah wills.

You slyly avoided the question of whether in 2022, Waziri OFFERED Obi the position again in the first place. You don't expect someone like Obi to awkwardly hang around in the PDP or desperately lobby Waziri to repeat the 2019 ticket. You don't know the man.

If Waziri had made it abundantly clear early on that he intended to retain the 2019 ticket, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Obi is too savvy a politician; too principled and confident, and one who knows his worth, to shamelessly hang around and allow himself to be toyed with whilst hoping that he will be picked as running mate. Waziri of all people should know that, but that arrogance and mental haze wouldn't let him see the big picture.

End.

The "hoebi" you're mocking has more political value than your Tinubu, he's running on a party with no structure yet dusting your druglord on his own turf in Lagos, take out the governors from APC strongholds Tinubu is banking on, it's now obvious that Tinubu is completely overrated! He couldn't even win his own home state in Osun, no bloc votes guaranteed for him yet in the North from his APC strongholds, where are the "Buhari goodwill" votes he was supposed to inherit from the North? Atiku is more worried about Kwankwaso, Tinubu is not an immediate source of worry for us in the North.
well not ur fault if not those Yorubas that voted Obi here in lagos you for no get mouth talk anyhow

Well let me remind you Obi is no more in the race now it between two friends and business partners, anybody that wins favour me

Okowa went against the agreement.

Obi should have stayed. Atiku will not pick Okowa over Obi for VP. Okowa is an unelectable mess. Obi assuages SE voters. Okowa already had a pending civil war with Ibori who is Atiku's man. Okowa would have been too busy trying to install his successor to fight Atiku like Wike and the G5 governors. Bad as e bad Atiku will lose Delta North. That's the extent of Okowa's influence.

Other than funding the bribery of delegates at the PDP presidential primaries, what else is there to fund... If he got an impactful running mate that would help him naturally retain the crucial SE/SS bloc votes, which Peter Obi could have done for him for free, wouldn't we be telling a different story today? In fact, in monetary terms, how much would Atiku be willing or able to pay for that all important two-Zone Southern bloc votes?

It's now very apparent that even the bloc votes the PDP got in 2019 from the "traditional" SE/SS was due to the Obi factor.

Atiku bribed the delegates himself from all indications. It was the main campaign he needed money for. If you check news back then, Udom Emmanuel refused to fund the whole thing and Wike was not going to give a kono to Atiku. Diri in Bayelsa is nowhere to be found so they left Delta since South Eastern governor's don't have that much money.

Also note that Delta started taking out large loans after the primaries and Okowas VP tap.

Atiku went for Okowa and the big increase in Obi support is because of the agitation for Igbo presidency since it is viewed as being the turn of the South to be president.

No. You don't even seen what they've done. There was only one way to take power from APC and they've done it. Tinubu will be 3rd. The rerun will be between Atiku and Obi if any exits. Looks more like Atiku will win.

If you doubt me confirm that Atiku is leading in Kaduna. Also confirm Tinubu's total votes from Kano that normally runs into millions for APC.
