It's peaceful because LP has no thugs. If Amaechi was on the other side, it would have been bloody

This means the governorship election may turn out to be bloody

6th round to Jake Paul as ref deducted a point from Fury for holding

58-58 though Fury could arguably be leading

No inside work from both fighters.

I don't know which one of them will win

But I see Wike and Yaya Bello being the 2 finalists

If you can dig up road or behead all opposition then you have a strong claim

Scores heading for draw
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 12:04am On Feb 27, 2023
Last round na draw

Tommy won the exchanges but Jake knocked him down so score for the round is 9-9

My final scorecard is 77-76 in favour of Fury

No I disagree

Why do you think Ghadaffi, Mubarak, Paul Biya, Putin, Sadam all get elected consistently, change constitution to enable them run for life and every election score 90% of all votes

Max every Naija politician would be out 8yrs some places had one president for over 20yrs and they kept "re electing" him

Fury wins deservedly

Fury wins on Judges scorecard by split decision

But why him dey celebrate like say him win serious boxer

Tommy is not good enough to make it in boxing, but with £3.5m in his pocket from this fight, he (Fury) never actually needs to fight serious boxers. He can just continue cashing out fighting Youtubers

People trolled the hell out of Amaechi at the time for joining APC. Wike was celebrated everywhere. If you can go back to old videos of Wike commissioning projects when he just got sworn in, you'll see the way people were hailing him for dealing with Ameachi

He's just doing what he knows how to do best and has always done. Getting results, no matter what it takes

as an aside for me the person who ultimately fked over pdp at its core was not atiku, or saraki - but patience johnathan who in her power drunk insanity hounded a performing governor and his state treasury into the arms of APC.

i will never understand the hate for amaechi because the man was literally forced into the choices he made.

nigerian elections are won with money and she handed APC a vertiable gold mine. maybe apc would still have won - but i know for a fact that that move where gej shifted the election was a real financial blow at the time.

Why is Tommy Fury crying, talking about cementing his legacy. This nigga never believed he would be a boxer, man is just trading off the Fury name

At every collation centre, The results are announced and party agents confirm if it is accurate with what their agents in the zone tabulated and signed. We can not claim electoral malpractice in any of the confirmed areas because of the following reason -LP agents keep signing the form agreeing that what is being announced is same as what they have".
They signed on Ekiti and Osun and signed on several LGAs in Lagos(excluding mainland where the lady disagreed as was her duty).

This means 3 things
-The results are very accurate
-LP agents have been bought at state, LGA and Ward level
-There is a communication and organization breakdown which means that the agents at the centre are not aware or in tandem with information from the PUs. This is possible considering that LP hasn't participated in this level before. I still doubt this because a simple text message can transmit 10 PUs info. Unless it becomes a problem of agents not knowing their duty.

I suspect a combination of 1 and 3 and continue insisting that announced results are fairly accurate

For the ones who are perhaps less idealistic, and realise that japa gospel is not a 'wicked abroadian' shïtting on you, I advise you again to start looking for money to leave. Dust your passport and get ready.

I hosted someone last year for 3 months until he got on his feet. I have been hosting another one of my friends who came in January.

There is no hope for Nigeria. Like I said last summer, if you have any remotely sellable skill, pack your bags and find a way to geddifok.

nihilistjnr:

There have been several revolutions in Africa, always bloody , and almost always unsuccessful, mostly due to inter-ethnic rivalry.
Since independence, Nigeria alone has had a civil war, 6 successful coups, at least 2 coup attempts, and 4 republics.

Every HOS Nigeria has ever had recognises two things
1. They can only be popular within their region/ethnic group/religion
2. They dont have a lot of time in power - Since 1st republic in 1963, we've changed head of state 15 times - that's a change in leadership every 4 years, and we've only gotten worse.

So there's literally no incentive for them to develop or work towards any kind of long-term vision. It's literally dip in and dip out. So you might as well enrich yourself whilst you're there. And that's even for the ones that make it.

So the best thing these politicians can do, since they cannot fix the country for everyone, is to forestall more ethnic unrest by at least rotating the opportunity to steal - through zoning.

The ethnic rivalry is so bad now, that the chances of a youthful and qualified technocrat making it to FG are so low, they might as well be a lottery. Imagine a hot smart 40 year old Yoruba politician emerges after a Tinubu presidency for example. SW has had their 8 years, so he has to wait for rotation through 5 geo-political zones, before his turn go reach. Assuming each zone does their 8 years, by the time it's the SW turn again, our hero will be 88 years old. His time never came, and maybe we missed out on the greatest leader known to man.

This is why calling for revolution is pointless. Dangerous even. The only HOPE for Nigeria, and it's a slim one, is disintegration. Otherwise we will keep shuffling slowly but surely into the abyss.

This means the governorship election may turn out to be bloody

The main area of conflict should be Abonnema/Kalahari area where Asari is backing Tonye Cole

Wike has enough in the other areas to where APC can't show face, besides APC will take it easy on him since he gave them Presidency. Shortly after the election, the whole rivers PDP may decamp, so why fight over what they may settle later. Especially as Tinubu is a settlement man, and Wike and Sim need to settle to remove this N400bln EFCC case from their back, plus I don't see Amaechi actively getting involved.

Greedy wicked leaders are symptom of the artificial countries that were created by the European colonialists.
In almost every country in Africa, the British/French just bundled a bunch of ethnic groups that often historically had minimal interactions, called them a country, and then fvcked off into the sunset and left them to figure things out.

There have been several revolutions in Africa, always bloody , and almost always unsuccessful, mostly due to inter-ethnic rivalry.

Yugoslavia style. I mean Nigeria is 3x bigger than the SFR was and we have the exact same issues.

They split into 7 places. I don't see why Nigeria cannot follow suit we can splinter more than that sef as that country can never be one and it's time we stop deceiving ourselves about it. It doesn't have to be a violent revolution. A 10-15 year referendum where each region can gradually find their square root is the best option.

Tommy is only carrying the Fury name, not the Fury blood. He looks like his mum, a Mauritian lady, while Tyson and Hughie look like Furys. Tommy even took his mothers height not the Fury height. They will be laughing at this in Wythenshawe where Tommy is several seats below boys whose careers have already been written off, talkless of Tommy.
