Is this same embarrassing INEC that had 4 years to prepare for an election yet, unable to successfully conclude 1 state without incidence capable of a rerun?

When is the rerun likely to take place?

I am sure Peter Obi and his lawyers are already dusting their files with loads of evidence. Hands were laid on that man and he cannot fail. If he failed, God failed. And we know that God cannot fail.
