QueenNyakim: Funny enough, Tinubu lost the three K states and then lost Lagos, partly because he chose Muslim Muslim ticket so as to win the three 'k' states which he lost yet Tinubu still won. Isn't God amazing? The waymaker (that's one God's attribute that kept whispering into my mind unprovoked in this week & even from last week and TBH, I didn't understand why it kept ringing in my mind but now I do). He makes ways where you don't even think of. 15 Likes |

babytoun:Why can't the same growth be replicated in Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Delta State? Atleast Lagos ceased to be the capital of Nigeria for over 30 years now. Lagos has been fortunate to have excellent administrator starting with tinubu. They have harnessed the private sector to turn the city into the most productive and dynamic part of Nigeria’s economy. e.g. It was by offering Mr Dangote tax incentives in the Lekki free trade zone that the state persuaded him to build his refinery in Lagos. Lagos state output in 2017 was $136bn, according to official estimates, that's more than a third of Nigeria’s gross domestic product. Lagos puts more into Nigeria than it takes from it. The city is the centre of most of the country’s manufacturing and home to a pan-African banking industry as well as a thriving music, fashion and film scene that reverberates around the continent. More recently, it has become a tech hub in Africa. Oil is more of a curse than anything else, gladly Lagos does not have oil neither does it rely on oil revenue from the FG like some other states. 10 Likes 5 Shares |

Goke7: Democracy is simple One man one vote If you are insistent on your candidate winning by force; then it is no longer a democracy Let me tell you APC major problem; especially here in Lagos; it is the sense of entitlement; patronage system they run and the type of politics they play APC can EASILY win over majority of the voters in the state without the need for coercion; thuggery and the likes But instead of doing that; it's to be resorting to threats and TRIBALISM 1 Like |

sammy329:oga. Inec electoral acts states that's all results must be uploaded from the pooling unit. That inecc own law, court works with proof. With this alone the court will happily put an injunction of hold on this election. What type of rigging is this. For tinubu to loose Lagos and even his home town osun means tinubu lost big time. Even his national chairman lost pooling unit to labour. 1 Like 2 Shares |
