I've been asking this question for eternity, infact what made me tilt towards Tinubu was the facts that despite his ceased allocation, he didn't complain, he just found a way & beat the odds, in contrast Peter Obi had 8 years of fully funded federal allocation & today we can't imagine comparing Lagos & Anambra side by side.
