I took my 14 Pro Max to AirTel about two weeks ago and till date it’s not working.

This was at their Ring Road Mall location in Ibadan.

Has anyone experienced this and what are my options?

Yes. It’s working on my Wife’s 14 Plus.

Toggle airplane mode off and on. If it doesn't solve the issue, delete the esim and rescan it from the print out they gave you.

I wasn’t given any printout.

They just said that my code has an error and they have to rebuild it.

I've been to this particular office at Palms Mall, Ring Road. I'm looking to get an Airtel esim, too.

I went to mtn and got it solved in 15 minutes.

How has been d mtn service since u did the esim stuff. Is it like before or bad? I notice my service do disappear sometimes since I did this esim tin and sometimes I find it difficult to browse

I don’t have prior knowledge of MTN and only went there for eSim so I can’t compare.

But yes there’s service interruptions which I thought was normal naija stuff.

It was not like that for the first 3 weeks I swap to esim but recently have been having network issues ranging from slow download to inability to open website

Maybe is a general network issue cos it was working fine the first 3 weeks until recent time

Network has simply being terrible.
