Rice isn’t that expensive anywhere in America, even in Chicago, Miami, New York, or Los Angeles. Nowhere in these 50 states. Going further, it was lunch which is much cheaper than dinner. Did you see him admit that he had sauce then afterwards he admitted to having potatoes? I’ll bet $50 that he had an entire meal because everyone knows that the size container of rice he was served goes with a large entree in most places. Look at the size of the bag behind the container of rice. No restaurant wastes big bags on a small item or two.
He still hasn’t posted a receipt so we don’t even know if he even paid $25.

Rice, a Turkey wing, beans with smoked Turkey inside, and baked pasta. A Diet Coke was included. The other joint of the Turkey wing only costs $1.50 if one decides to get it. My intern went to pick up her own plate of okra, meat, rice, and a side. I’ll ask her the cost when she returns but I’m sure it’s not close to even $15 much less $25
