He does play tribal politics going by his rants against the Fulanis and Hausa. Now it's being played on him. The game is the game
This thing is a vicious cycle of tribalism. GRV is clearly an anti-fulani/hausa bro.

As an aside, a fair number of ethnic Lagosians do in fact detest the fact that it's Yoruba's from other state's dictating their politics for them...and do they have a point, yes, cause it's the same way Yoruba's in general hate that Igbos/other tribes are making incursion into Lagos' politics.

Proceeds from different regions were used the early stages of oil discovery so it is inaccurate to say that others are collecting pocket money from where they didn't contribute. The groundnut pyramids, the cocoa exports, the rubber, leather, tin, etc all contributed to the development of oil infrastructure.
The people that own the oil were they not themselves farmers contributing to the cocoa export, rubber and leather?

The South Westerners will need to decide eventually, whether they want Lagos as a metropolis or they want Lagos to be Ibadan or Ogbomosho.

I pray Nigeria develops proper and creates more opportunities for everyone, so that everybody is focused on developing their respective regions.

Lmaoooo they cannot decide that.
Guy while we agree the state is a Yoruba land, the amount of investments in Lagos probably belongs to more people that are not Yorubas.

For example do you believe alaba functions just because of the location or something.
The igbos have turned that place into a money making stream. Na symbiotic relationship with the rest of Nigeria that predates independence

I don't think this is true, Yoruba's are the overwhelming majority in Lagos and it's logical they own the bulk of investments in the state.

Lmao feed yourselves with what you mentioned nau.
The fact on ground is the SS region has carried this country for yearssss.
Infact it still carries the country and we've basically given our lands for this but like DissTroy said, we never bring it up.

But nobody will cough when Niger Deltans do decide to bring it up.. And we pray it never gets to that🙏

Yet idiots came like bees seeking DissTróy when the results were announced. We've even confirmed there was violence in those places Akpabio gave Tinubu votes. Paid thugs brandishing matchetes from LGAs bordering Abia State.

I who saw many things told them the results were rigged and rewritten but they argued. We've checked INEC IReV and it's not adding up. Election result figures from my polling unit was cropped out but we have the real snapped result.

In Oil Mill, Obio Akpor LGA, Rivers, you aren't born of a woman to mention Tinubu or Atiku, but that's where Tinubu won? How?

Ibadan is super chill, I swear...stayed there a couple of days and I wan seriously reason relocating. It's urban enough, okay business city, quiet and free from traffic. Another nice city I've been to is Calabar, but from my assessment it's struggling economically, not enough businesses.

Outsiders gats realise Lagos is 100% a Yoruba state and Lagos gats stop to threaten people with go back to your state… na then things go settle wink

Lies! Every region made their contribution.

In fact, after slave trade ended, the Europeans focused on the Niger Delta and the areas close by to get the most profitable thing in the place now known as Nigeria - palm oil!
It wasn't cocoa or groundnut.

Which places are known for producing palm oil then and now? Still the same places which produce petroleum today.

So when some term me Akpan thinking it's derogatory, I revel in it proudly.
Akpan feeds, clothes and gives you everything you survive on. Akpan's benevolence is why you have an electric pole or health centre.
Akpan has so much of this money, his state has continued to improve and develop while he has enough to spare to feed you with.

Next time you go tribalistic, remember this. The reason you have a Nigeria which manages to thrive is because of Akpan, Osaze, and Belema. Never forget it.

You needed to be reminded today. There's only one set of people who should chestbeat here and it isn't you.

The day I change from Akpan to hard-palm, it's over for you. But keep being tribalistic.
