Rice isn’t that expensive anywhere in America, even in Chicago, Miami, New York, or Los Angeles. Nowhere in these 50 states. Going further, it was lunch which is much cheaper than dinner. Did you see him admit that he had sauce then afterwards he admitted to having potatoes? yeah you are right his story is not adding up. For 25 bucks I expect to see with that rice a big juicy steak and some aspAragus or steamed broccoli and some sauce and juice. Now you can get something like that for 25 in places like lake view and Lincoln park however downtown you are looking at 50 bucks for that and if you go uptown or edge water you can get it for 15. Just depends on what part of the city you go
