Six States Ask S’Court to Declare INEC’s Pronouncement of Tinubu as President-elect Null, Void, of No Effect

It is now very clear that Atiku was the sponsor of the evil naira redesign policy. So Atiku was not happy that some states took federal government to court to stop the hardship on Nigerians?

Ozekhome is a yahoo lawyer aswear. He just played those states and collected millions from them. That man is a thief walahi 🤣🤣.

Is the declaration of results by INEC subject to the approval of the president? No!

Is the monetary policy of the CBN subject to the approval of the president? Yes!

I can't believe a lawyer will file such a frivolous case before the supreme court. I expect the supreme court justices to fine them heavily for this foolishness.

Pdp's state

Wike made the right calculation aswear. Upon how Gov Wike was frequent in Edo state during Gov Obaseki reelection, one would have thought Wike is an Edo resident.

The same Obaseki still had the guts to betray Wike without feeling any remorse. Where was Atiku during Obaseki's reelection? In Dubai

Why should Gov Wike be in the same camp with those who betrayed him openly? If you were Wike, would you support Atiku with Tambuwal and Obaseki in the same camp?
Well it paid off for him at the cost of open betrayal to his people which might end up costing him the governorship because his people will get back at him. Secondly, he should also pray that Tinubu's fake and fraudulent victory isn't overturned at the courts because he will lose entirely on all ends.

INEC chose immediate transmission of election results direct from the BVAS to its portal at the close of poll, not after.
It's breach of trust in the public if after voting, INEC chose manual collation of votes. That's illegal in law.
Electoral Act permits INEC to choose any election method it deems suitable.
Read what you wrote again, you are contradicting yourself. If you say the electoral act permits INEC to choose whatever method it deems suitable, then you cannot say manual collation is illegal.
