You can Apply for your VISA 3 months before the start date of your course
Your VISA Vignette will have a Validity of 3 months from the date of issuance and if you don't travel within that period you will make another request to transfer your VISA. Mind you your School is your sponsor and would be responsible for your stay in the UK so the analogy of you arriving 6 months after getting your VISA is taking the school's resumption date or enrollment date for granted and your School could withdraw your CAS and in turn, invalidate your VISA before the 6 months you referencing. Only what is written in your CAS in terms of start date matters not what you intend to do. You can not arrive 6 weeks before because you have a program. If such a program is from your school then it will be written in your CAS if not you are on your own.

So my sister applied for visa in December with 3 of her kids,
In January she got a decision email stating approval and end of January went to pick up her passport.
However 1 passport was not returned.
She paid for it to be delivered cos the TLS guys told her it may come with the other batches.

It is a month plus now, no passport. She has written to UKVI, she has called the number on the website.
No resolution.
The TLS said it is not with them. The tracking shows it is in DMC. UKVI says it is in VAC.

Over 8 weeks no concrete answer from any of these people. Please has anyone experienced this before?

What was done to get a solution?
Please someone should respond and help me please. We are now confused and don't know what to do.

Why would he need to count another 28days when it doesn't have anything to do with his maintenance funds...

These are his normal transaction and he is allowed to do so with his account.

You have to search for Unis that offer the course you are interested in and check the requirements to gain admission. Some Uni's are happy with people switching from different career to social as long as you can justify it with your statement of purpose (SOP),others require some experience to do so

Once you have narrowed the Uni that offers the course you are interested in then you can check the requirements with what you have or what you need to get

POE experiences differ, you should try to have a copy of all the documents you submitted and an up to date bank statement showing your maintenance funds in folder so you can reach it if requested

Thanks for responding to this. Why I’m concern is because the money came from my friends account. I sold a digital asset to him and how am I going to be telling these people I sold digital asset to a friend and he credited me…please share me some idea on how I can go about this if asked…please and please.

The account is a new account for the POF, I started doing transactions with accout from 20th february. But the agent that wants to apply for visa said the statement is not good, that I should have made transactions with the account right from when it was opened. My question, does it mean if I apply for visa, I will be rejected?? Does one need to do much transactions on that account?

Is the ihs calculator not reliable or what? This is a little bit urgent as I'm hoping that my CAS drops today.

You dont need to panic the actual cost will be made known to you when you submit your application form .Please note that for 18 months course it automatically means 22 months which is 2 years so in Pounds you are right for 940 and if the dollar rate to pound is 1500 USD then both of you are correct. Like I said the actual cost will be revealed to you when you fill the correct answers in the IHS segment of the Visa Application form processing.

Your show of POF is to demonstrate you have the required maintenance fund for the stipulated period expected of you. You dont need to create a scenario to justify your account if its your account truly. I have people who had 4 transactions over a 3 month period so be rest assured that your transaction volume is not a guarantee of your 10 points for POF. The major things to be wary of is the authenticity of the account if verified and the validity of the expected funds meeting the UKVI standard so you are not asked to show a recent statement after submitting your application.

Last year , paid deposit for RGU for September 22 intake, couldn't get CAS and so I asked for refund and I got it .. in that same spirit I applied to other schools and got admission to 2 schools , UWS and UnI of SALFORD for may and June intake.. had to go for uni Salford ( international student friendly 100 percent). Their took just 3 days to get after pof and TB test submission.

How can one coming by September start looking for accommodation by now. In UK your rent start counting immediately so do you expect people to start paying for rent every month till they get to UK. Why e dey do me like say you be scammer?

That’s not how student accommodation works.

Whoever you’re renting from will tell you the move in date (usually from September) and you can book anytime before then with a small deposit (usually £100 - £150). If you check Reddit you’ll see a lot of students have booked their September accommodation since January and rent payments will start when you move in.

People book early so they can have options and because there’s a housing crisis. But it’s safer to book directly on the accommodation website and not through a third party
